All SIM- and connectivity-related requests — including activation, plan changes, usage questions, and troubleshooting — should be handled by contacting WatPack directly.
Students should not contact the carrier unless specifically instructed by WatPack.

How are payments processed? Is my payment information secure?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
WatPack does not store or access your full card details. Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own security and privacy standards.
